The company was established in Milan in 1975 under the name Cesac S.p.A. In 2000, the Swiss consultancy and software house Tomato Financial & Treasury Services SA entered as major shareholder, and the name was changed to Tomatwoo Cesac S.p.A., its new mission: to focus on the coordination and management of the Area Finanza project.
Continuing the experience matured by the new shareholders with their product Foswin® one of the first cash and treasury management software programmes developed in Italy, the Area Finanza project has the purpose of creating a new IT platform, RiskArt®, having the technological capacity to support the project and consultancy activity of the company.
